Launch is a non-dance leadership program for high school students who want to make a difference for Christ in the Chippewa Valley, develop their leadership capacity, become more knowledgeable about God’s Word, and gain confidence in their people skills, public speaking and more!

This program runs from September-May. Launch is our first program that doesn’t include dance but is designed to compliment our School of the Arts program.

Now or Never

We are living in a time when the next generation is being shaped more by culture than by the truth of God’s Word. If we don’t equip our children to stand firm in their faith, they will be swept away by the ever-changing tides of worldly influence. Our kids are the future leaders, influencers, and difference-makers. But without a solid biblical foundation, they risk becoming part of a generation that is lost, confused, and easily swayed by the winds and waves of popular opinion. Now is the time for intentional discipleship.

That’s why we created Launch, a discipleship and leadership development program for students ages 10-18. This is not a dance program—whether your child dances or not, Launch is designed to equip students with the biblical knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence to boldly live out their faith.

Why LAUNCH?

The Program Overview

  • Biblical Application

    Everything starts and ends with the Word of God. Our Launch students will have deep biblical application classes that will dive deep into scripture, teach students how to exegete passages correctly, and instill in them a love for God & His Word. Students will participate in weekly studies, hands on training & apologetics

  • Mentorship

    Hebrews 13:7 says, “Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith.” We are passionate about mentorship, and our programs reflects by giving our students one-on-one time to seek wisdom in everyday life from godly men & women.

  • Leadership

    Leadership all boils down to: relationships & influence. Our program will equip our students to be leaders in their community, in FPDF and wherever God leads them. Here they will learn people skills, public speaking, relationship building, how to lead, and will be given leadership opportunities through FPDF programs..

Our Program

Launch offers three unique components designed to meet students at different levels of discipleship and leadership development

LAUNCHpad

These once-a-month workshops are designed to give students practical tools for real-life application. Each session focuses on a key topic to help them grow in their faith and leadership. Topics include:

  • Writing a Personal Mission Statement

  • How to Share Your Testimony with Confidence

  • Understanding and Defending Biblical Truth

  • The Power of Words: Communication & Influence

  • Biblical Leadership in a Confused Culture

Who is it for? Any student looking to grow in their faith, build confidence, and learn practical leadership skills.

DeepLAUNCH

For students wanting to go deeper, our DeepLaunch courses offer intensive discipleship and training. These courses focus on key areas of spiritual growth, evangelism, and leadership. Examples of DeepLaunch courses include:

  • Evangelism 101 – Learning how to share the gospel effectively.

  • Bible Study Bootcamp – Tools for reading, understanding, and applying Scripture.

  • Apologetics: Defending the Faith – How to respond to tough questions with biblical truth.

  • Leadership Foundations – Developing godly confidence, people skills, and decision-making.

Who is it for? Students who want a structured deep dive into key areas of faith and leadership.

LAUNCH Academy

This is the most immersive part of the Launch program. Launch Academy meets weekly and is designed for high school students serious about their spiritual growth and leadership development. Through personal mentorship, group discussions, and hands-on learning, students will be challenged to grow in:

  • Personal Discipleship – Building daily spiritual habits and accountability.

  • Leadership Training – Learning how to influence and lead with Christ-like character.

  • Real-World Application – Practicing what they learn through projects, mentorship, and service opportunities.

Who is it for? High school students looking for weekly accountability, leadership training, and deeper discipleship.
